Mr T created this organic farm 18 years ago on Red Clay Hill. There wasn't much hope for his success from the locals, but he's managed through composting, recycling, education and hard work to have a fully functioning farm.

Methane from pigs feeds the gas stoves for the Guest House kitchen, compost from the goats (its collected under the goat pens) feed the mulberry bushes, and worms feed the chickens. Mulberries are harvested daily to make his famous shakes, pancakes, juice and wine. He's also experimenting with banana liquor and starfruit wine. Goat cheese is awesome, and sold in Vientiane and Luang Prabang at the fancy French restaurants.

He's a character with a good heart and commitment to environmental sustainability and economic prosperity for village people.
Cheese only gets made after the baby goats have had their fill. These are raised for distribution to villagers like Heifer.
