As we returned from the prayer house we noticed a group of "tourists" drive up tot he front gate. They were Myanmar students who had just completed a two month computer course and this was their picnic/outing to celebrate. Four monks accompanied them. The niece asked if we could wait a bit so she could give attention to this group
and bring them up to date on Shan history.
